Packages and surcharges :

All the rates provided to you by our simulator or our switchboard are fixed rates.

Applicable surcharges:
Weekend and public holiday rate: +20 €.
Rate from 6am to 7am and from 8pm to 11pm: +20 €.
Tariff from 11pm to 6am: +40 €.

Billing for late arrivals:

At airports, delays are only charged 20 minutes after your flight has landed (subject to accurate flight information, see flight tracking).

Les retards de prise en charge sont facturés 1€/minute après 5 minutes offertes.

Payment of benefits:

For users who do not have an open account (corporate memberships, key accounts or prepaid accounts), payment for the trip can be made directly to our drivers by check, cash or credit card. An invoice will be issued at the end of the trip. To save even more time on your transfer, you can pay your trip on our application instead of paying your motorcycle taxi at Orly or your motorcycle taxi at Roissy.

Flight tracking and pricing:

Motocab provides flight tracking by taking the information provided by Paris Airport. This allows you not to worry about the actual arrival time of your plane while ensuring that you have your motorcycle taxi waiting for you no matter what happens. If your flight is ahead of schedule, our dispatch team will do everything in its power to ensure an early arrival.

Beyond the obvious time saving which justifies its price, the motorcycle taxi Paris because of its logistical constraints is expensive to implement. If a motorcycle taxi is more expensive than a VTC or a traditional cab, this is mainly due to the fact that the drivers only work on reservation. There is therefore a lot more waiting and empty trips than in the case of last minute reservations that do not involve our schedule constraints.
