Customer ownership and liability:

You are a subcontractor and as a professional driver, you are responsible for the safety of your passenger and it is your insurance and your civil liability that comes into play during the transfer. On the other hand, the client remains the property of Motocab and you cannot provide your contact information when he is on your motorcycles.
